• Pickndrop does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any property /luggage carried in their vehicles,
• If a passenger flight is delay, Pickndrop ensures consistency at no charge.
• FREE waiting time. *
• All our vehicles are non smoking.
• Pickndrop service does not accept late bookings online (within 6 hours of transfer time)
• Pickndrop will be not responsible for any late arrival to destination and not responsible If passenger misses their flight because of traffic or any road conditions. This situations are out of the drivers control.
• Pickndrop will charge a fee of #2,000 (naira)for any damage of their vehicle made by customer (e.g. vomiting).
• Our Town/City prices are only for the town/city centres and 5 miles radius. Any extra mileages will be calculated at the rate depending on the vehicle type on booking
• Pickndrop reserves the right to above charges:
25% cancellation charge if cancellation made more than 24 hours before delivery time;
50% cancellation charge if cancellation made between 12 and 24 hours before delivery time;
100% cancellation charge if cancellation made within 12 hours of delivery time.
